LoveLine is a private space for two people to preserve shared moments, memories, and their relationship timeline.
1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how LoveLine handles information when you use the LoveLine application. LoveLine is designed as a private couple experience and is not a public social network.
LoveLine does not require a traditional username/password account. Shared relationship content is stored using Apple's iCloud and CloudKit technologies associated with the participating users' Apple accounts.
2. Information You Create in LoveLine
Depending on the features you use, LoveLine may process content such as:
- Names or display names used inside the app.
- Relationship or anniversary dates.
- Moments, memories, captions, emotions, and timeline entries.
- Photos selected from your photo library or captured with your camera.
- App preferences such as theme, font, language, and presentation settings.
This information is provided by you for the purpose of using LoveLine's features.
3. iCloud and CloudKit
LoveLine uses Apple CloudKit to support private data storage and sharing between the two participants in a LoveLine relationship.
Data stored through CloudKit is managed under Apple's iCloud infrastructure and the Apple accounts used on participating devices. LoveLine does not use a separate third-party cloud database to store your shared relationship content.
4. Device Permissions
Camera
Camera access is requested only when you choose to capture a photo for a LoveLine moment or memory.
Photo Library
Photo Library access is requested only when you choose to select photos from your device.
Notifications
Notification permission may be requested so LoveLine can notify you about relevant activity, such as updates to shared moments or timeline content.
You can manage these permissions at any time in your device's iOS Settings.
5. Notifications
LoveLine may use Apple's notification services and CloudKit-related notification mechanisms to alert a participant when shared content changes or when another relevant LoveLine event occurs.
Notification delivery is controlled in part by Apple and by the notification settings on each device.
6. How We Use Information
LoveLine processes information only as needed to provide app functionality, including to:
- Create and display your private couple timeline.
- Store and synchronize shared memories through CloudKit.
- Display photos, captions, emotions, and relationship information you choose to save.
- Apply your selected app settings and personalization.
- Deliver relevant app notifications when enabled.
- Maintain app reliability, security, and functionality.
7. Sharing of Information
LoveLine does not sell your personal information.
Content shared within a LoveLine relationship may be accessible to the other participant whom you have connected with through the app's CloudKit sharing flow.
Information may also be processed by Apple as necessary to provide iCloud, CloudKit, notification, and operating-system services, subject to Apple's own terms and privacy practices.
8. Data Retention and Deletion
LoveLine retains app data for as long as needed to provide the features you use or until the data is removed through available app, iCloud, or device controls.
Because LoveLine uses CloudKit, some data may remain in iCloud until it is deleted from the relevant CloudKit/iCloud storage or otherwise removed according to Apple's systems.
9. Security
LoveLine is designed to minimize unnecessary collection of personal information and to rely on Apple's platform security and CloudKit infrastructure for shared cloud data.
However, no electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
10. Children's Privacy
LoveLine is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If you believe that a child has provided personal information improperly, please contact us.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when LoveLine's features, technologies, or legal requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated effective date.

2. Thông tin bạn tạo trong LoveLine

3. iCloud và CloudKit
LoveLine sử dụng Apple CloudKit để hỗ trợ việc lưu trữ và chia sẻ dữ liệu riêng tư giữa hai người trong một mối quan hệ LoveLine.
Dữ liệu CloudKit được quản lý trên hạ tầng iCloud của Apple và gắn với tài khoản Apple trên các thiết bị tham gia. LoveLine không sử dụng một cơ sở dữ liệu cloud của bên thứ ba riêng biệt để lưu trữ nội dung kỷ niệm được chia sẻ của bạn.
4. Quyền truy cập trên thiết bị
Camera
LoveLine chỉ yêu cầu quyền camera khi bạn chủ động chọn chụp ảnh để tạo khoảnh khắc hoặc kỷ niệm.
Thư viện ảnh
LoveLine chỉ yêu cầu quyền truy cập thư viện ảnh khi bạn chủ động chọn ảnh từ thiết bị.
Thông báo
LoveLine có thể yêu cầu quyền gửi thông báo để thông báo cho bạn về hoạt động liên quan, ví dụ khi có cập nhật đối với khoảnh khắc hoặc timeline được chia sẻ.

5. Thông báo

7. Chia sẻ thông tin
LoveLine không bán thông tin cá nhân của bạn.
Nội dung trong một mối quan hệ LoveLine có thể được người còn lại truy cập sau khi hai người kết nối thông qua luồng chia sẻ CloudKit của ứng dụng.
Apple cũng có thể xử lý một số thông tin cần thiết để cung cấp iCloud, CloudKit, notification và các dịch vụ hệ điều hành theo điều khoản và chính sách quyền riêng tư của Apple.
8. Lưu trữ và xóa dữ liệu
LoveLine lưu dữ liệu trong thời gian cần thiết để cung cấp các tính năng mà bạn sử dụng hoặc cho đến khi dữ liệu được xóa thông qua ứng dụng, iCloud hoặc các tùy chọn trên thiết bị.
